For Spa Guests

In today’s day and age, customization isn’t an added benefit, it’s an expectation. That’s why Spa Space goes beyond the typical cookie cutter experience and gives guests the freedom to design their own path to well-being based on their needs, preferences, and aspirations. Spa guests can have a completely personalized wellness experience using world-class products in a safe environment, with a therapist they choose. 

When using the app, spa guests are able to choose the type of service they want, the level of firmness, therapist gender preference, .. The app also allows guests to select from any one of several spa facility partners in their area at which their provider partner will meet them. 

The Spa Space algorithm will then use those requests to pair the guest with a selection of highly rated, expert providers trained specifically to address the guest’s needs. The guest will then be prompted to select their therapist based on ratings, reviews, and experience. 

The chosen therapist will build a treatment plan that’s customized specifically for the spa guest and on the day of the service, the guest will meet at their selected spa location for a truly personalized spa experience.
